This policy explains what data Driftwork collects and how we use it. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
Data we collect
- Account data: your email and a hashed password.
- Search input: the role description or CV you submit, used only to produce your matches.
- Subscription data: your subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor (we never see or store full card details).
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in.
How we use it
To authenticate you, generate AI-ranked job matches, manage your subscription, and operate and secure the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
- Paddle — payments and subscription management (merchant of record).
- Anthropic (Claude) — processes your search text/CV to rank matches.
- Job boards & ATS providers — sources of the listings shown.
- Railway — hosting infrastructure.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us.
Cookies
We use a single essential, httpOnly session cookie for login. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
