Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Driftwork (the "Service"), a website that aggregates publicly available remote job listings and uses AI to rank them against a description or CV you provide. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Driftwork collects job postings from third-party job boards and applicant tracking systems and presents AI-ranked matches. We do not employ, recruit, or represent any employer, and we are not party to any application or hiring decision. Listings originate from third parties and may be inaccurate, expired, or removed at any time.

2. Accounts

Searching is available without an account. To open or apply to listings you must create an account with a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid access is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, whose Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data, abuse or overload the Service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any listing or match, or that you will find or obtain employment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
